By accessing or using Omnilingual ASR's AI speech recognition service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Omnilingual ASR provides an advanced AI-powered automatic speech recognition service that transcribes audio in 1,600+ languages with state-of-the-art accuracy. Our service is based on Meta's open-source technology and supports zero-shot learning extending to 5,400+ languages. The platform offers character error rates below 10% for 78% of supported languages, trained on 4.3 million hours of multilingual audio data.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Omnilingual ASR provides AI speech recognition and transcription capabilities. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service, transcribe illegal or harmful content, or help anyone else to do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service, including privacy laws and regulations regarding audio recording and transcription.

Omnilingual ASR operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to transcribe audio files and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

Our service allows you to upload audio files and generate AI-created transcripts. You retain all rights to your uploaded audio content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content. You must obtain proper consent before uploading audio containing third-party speech.

You may not use Omnilingual ASR to transcribe audio that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use our service to violate privacy rights, record conversations without consent where required by law, or engage in any unlawful activities. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our AI models or technology. Commercial use of transcripts may be subject to additional terms.

Omnilingual ASR is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated transcripts may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected elements, especially for low-resource languages, accented speech, or poor audio quality. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated transcripts for any particular purpose, including legal, medical, or professional use.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Omnilingual ASR, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Omnilingual ASR regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
